, the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians has contributed years of serious effort and money to help ensure that the Indian Trademark revived - if at all - in a way that would substantially benefit American Indians and Native organizations, and is being cheated by a federal receiver and the "Indian" Motorcycle Company.

As a result, Tribes nationwide are resolved to obtain justice in the matter of the Indian Trademarks.
